A very unique Film Studio in the heart of Louisiana, just 15 minutes from Baton Rouge airport, but in a serene and tranquil rural setting, with excellent accommodation and transport links, including a private airport next door.

3 different sized stages: Sound Stage One, a 100 X 93 stage of 9,300 square feet; Sound Stage Two, a 62 X 60 stage with workshops of 3,720 square feet; and Sound Stage Three, a 122 X 80 stage with green screen of 9,760 square feet with a three wall cyclorama.

All our stages feature 100A 3 phase power, drive-in access, full lighting grids, wifi, & playback.

We have a variety of standing sets that are all shooting ready: the Tree House, the Cafe Diner, the Living Room and Hallway of Levy house, the Bar & Grill and configurable Private Jet sets.

Every room is a shooting ready set. More than 30 locations are available on and off the property, in all shapes and sizes.

We have an in depth knowledge of the local incentives – which are alive and well. Louisiana offers one of the most generous tax credit programs in the world, with as much as 40% on qualified spend: a 25% base tax credit for qualified expenditures and an additional 15% credit for Louisiana wages. We can cash flow it!

Set support on all stages, in-house crew, transport, locations, camera equipment rental, DI equipment and QTake, 3D stereo, VR and 360 rigs, hi-speed cameras, gimbals and heavy drones, 3D printing/scanning, a CNC prop workshop, craft services and catering, film production offices, costume and props rental and storage.

We also offer post-production, CGI and VFX, grading, delivery, distribution, a 35mm lab and aerial cinematography.

Yes. On the lot we keep enough production equipment and camera rental needed for a whole movie: camera equipment, lighting equipment, drones & gimbals, DIT & camera rigs, vehicles and post production suites.

On the studio lot: more than 20 self catering suites in historic and antebellum buildings at the ORWO Studios Hotel, with accommodation for crews up to 500 in close proximity. Meeting rooms are available, and Mackie’s Bar & Grill is on site.

Book our space for your next event, from film festivals and fashion shows to corporate presentations, weddings and birthdays. The studio offers up to 1000 seated guests, 3 sound stages, 20 comfortable guest rooms, a bar on the property, catering and a movie theatre.

Yes. We love things with history, and have a collection of props & set decoration elements of different ages. Inspired by traditional craftsmanship, we also wield 3D technologies to produce our own unique designs.
